In 2018, Steven Han became the newest addition to the Capstone team.
Prior to joining Capstone, Steven worked as an Investment Sales Broker at One Commercial Real Estate. Steven also worked for many years as a Currency Trader for Citibank, as well as a NY based hedge fund. Additionally, Steven has a background in insurance sales with New York Life Insurance Company.
Working diligently under Joe McLaughlin, Steven has immersed himself in tenant representation and Manhattan market research. Steven’s interpersonal skills allow him to effectively communicate with his clients in order to help them meet their office space requirements.
Steven graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in Economics.
